If more athletes attend a session than the amount originally paid for, whether 2-6 athletes, each added player will be charged/is responsible to pay the fixed buddy pass fee.
If those that join, who have not been accounted for via the original purchase, do not have an account or card on file, the original buyer of the session will be charged/is responsible to pay the fixed buddy pass fee for additional player.

Cancellation Policy
The price of any private session booked and purchased is non-refundable if cancelled at any time prior to the session date and time. This applies if the athlete is a 'no-show' as well.
A single credit will be applied to the clients account for every private session session cancelled prior to 24 hours before the private session.
All clients will be unable to cancel any sessions on UpperHand within 24 hours of the scheduled time.
No refunds, reimbursements or reallocation of credits for rentals cancelled within 24 hours; meaning no credit(s) to reschedule will be applied to the clients account. This applies if the athlete is a 'no show' as well. A credit to reschedule is only applied if cancelled prior to 24 hours before the private session.
