MacRoc encourages all athletes looking to improve their overall performance to participate in this exclusive training with MacRoc and Bellin Health Titletown Performance Specialist. 

 

The MacRoc Speed & Agility Training Program is designed for athletes of ALL ages who are wanting to up their game with a high-energy class focused on improving speed and power on the field of play. We will use targeted drills and exercises to improve footwork, speed, quickness, change of direction, balance, core, power, jumping and landing mechanics.

When: Every Tuesday and Thursday 4pm-5pm and 5pm-6pm 

Where: MacRoc ADC [1630 Brookfield Ave. Green Bay, WI 54313]

How To Register: To reserve a spot in these classes, athletes must be active under our Athletic Performance Membership. Each class is capped at 20 athletes to ensure an exclusive, high intensity experience for all who attend.

This membership provides unlimited access to:

 

• MacRoc Speed & Agility Classes Powered By Bellin Health- no drop in's

• 30-Min Sessions on our Senaptec Sensory Station-$23 drop in fee for non members (learn more about Sensory Training HERE).

• Open Gyms $15 drop in fee for non members

 

Membership terms and conditions:

• Upon activation of a membership, unlimited credits will be allocated to each athlete’s account to begin reserving time in the Speed & Agility Class, Senaptec &  Open Gyms.

• The membership is a month-to-month commitment 

• Members will be automatically charged every month on the day of the month they activated the membership (activated on August 20th, then charged the 20th of each month).

• Notice of cancellation must be provided no later than 15 days prior to the upcoming membership charge date (cancellation by the 6th of the month if your charge date is on the 20th of every month).
